De Avond Rust, meaning the evening rests, is a guest house located in the heart of the small town of Oudtshoorn, one of the largest towns in the Little Karoo district of South Africa. A town popularised for its trade in Ostrich products.

A stay with us in one of our five opulent rooms will be a unique experience you will not easily forget. All the rooms are in the original homestead with their own private bathrooms en suites. The entire guesthouse offers free WI-FI and secure parking to all guests. All rooms are equipped with a television, coffee-making facilities, linen, towels, electric blankets and hair dryers.
